New Business

NAWRB strives to create new business opportunities to women and women-owned businesses in the housing economy.  NAWRB advocates for women-owned businesses, connects members to federal agencies, industry leaders, and promotes members through their public profiles and the NAWRB Referral Program.

NAWRB offers the only certification tailored specifically for women business owners in real estate. NAWRB Women-Owned Business and Minority Women-Owned Business Certification are key marketing tools available to women business owners in the real estate industry and NAWRB members.  For more information regarding certifying your business, click here.

Members of NAWRB receive access to a number of unique and invaluable industry-related opportunities.  Below is just a selection of all the programs available to NAWRB members:
Member-Only Opportunities

  • NAWRB Referral Program - New business opportunities are offered to NAWRB members based on each member's join date and up-to-date documentation. To take advantage of the NAWRB Referral Program, ensure your seniority by joining the association today. Referrals from NAWRB to its members are absolutely free and connect member businesses directly to financial institutions, GSEs, and leading outsourcers.
  • Contracting Access – Most small- and mid-sized women-owned and minority-owned businesses are precluded from competing as Prime and Sub Contractors based on geographic, technical, size or capability constraints. NAWRB offers your business the ability to fill those gaps and meet contracting requirements through our teaming approach to contract procurement. NAWRB continually seeks contracting opportunities on behalf of its members.
  • Industry Representation – NAWRB strongly promotes members at most industry conferences and offers discounted admission to select conferences. Federal- and state-hosted minority and women outreach seminars allow NAWRB the opportunity to continually develop government interest in furthering women outreach programs.

  • Event Networking –Networking alone is difficult. We connect women-to-women through #WomenBizOwners working events, conference booths, luncheons, hotel discounts, and room sharing to cut expenses during conferences.  To find out more about our #WomenBizOwners Working Events, click here
  • Online, Print, and Associate Advertising – NAWRB members receive numerous in-network advertising opportunities through both the website, E-zine, and N Magazine. Print and electronic marketing materials are provided to promote members’ status as women-owned and their business capabilities for an additional fee.  For more information on how to be part of NAWRB's N Magazine, click here.
  • Member Profiles – Accessible to servicers, lenders, investors and other business owners, NAWRB Member Profiles are designed to showcase a premier women-owned business servicing a specific region. Members can highlight accomplishments, expertise, and the scope of a business through this valuable profile.
