Certification

NAWRB is the only third party, industry-specific certifier of women-owned businesses in real estate, or minority women-owned businesses in real estate. 

NAWRB offers an industry-specific women-owned business certification in line with federal and other third party certification standards. NAWRB Women-Owned Business Certification is designed to indicate three criteria representative of NAWRB members:

• the member business is women-owned on paper;
• the member business is women-operated in practice;
• the member business has experience in and a commitment to high ethical business standards in the real estate industry.

There are two avenues of certification through NAWRB  for women business owners:

• NAWRB Women-Owned Business Certification for any women-owned business specializing in real estate or related services such as but not limited to legal, title, escrow, property preservation, management, servicing, and asset management.
• NAWRB Minority Women-Owned Business Certification for any women-owned business specializing in real estate or related services such as but not limited to legal, title, escrow, property preservation, management, servicing, and asset management.
