Required Documents and Timelines

A series of documents and information are required for the certification application.

Phase One:

  • General Business information
  • Owner Information
  • Board Member and Key Management Information

 
Phase Two:

  • Company Area Coverage
  • Personnel Information
  • Personnel Diversity
  • Financial Requirements

 
Phase Three:

  • Professional References
  • Organizational Structure
  • Organization Registrations

Once a complete application has been submitted, the processing time takes 6 to 8 weeks for the application to be processed.  Within this time period, additional documentation or clarification may be requested of your organization.  The 6 to 8 week time frame applies to completed applications only.
