(DPE), and National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses (NAWRB), the only national trade association representing women-owned businesses Specializing in the Housing Economy (SHE is Changing Real Estate). With more than 20 years of experience, Patno brings insider and “heels on the ground” knowledge to her mission of promoting women-owned businesses within the industry. A hands-on broker of the day-to-day management of DPE, interior designer and investor, she manages the intricate details of hundreds of properties each year. Through NAWRB, she advocates for the increased utilization of women-owned businesses and mentors female entrepreneurs for future successful business ownership. She has authored several articles published in industry and women magazines, including NAWRB’s N Magazine
. Patno is on the Executive Advisory Board for Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), Enterprising Women and Equator. Earlier this year, she was also featured in DSNews, “5 Minutes with Desirée Patno”. In 2012, she was nominated as one of HousingWire’s 30 Most Influential Women in the Housing Economy, and the award winner of Enterprising Women of the Year. A California native, she has been married for 21 years and is the proud mother of four boys.
Cayce Macias, a highly trained publicist, copywriter and brand strategist, has served the housing economy for well over a decade. In her Chairwoman role at NAWRB, Macias will leverage her extensive background in and passion for community affairs, particularly within underserved markets, to oversee and promote the importance and value of Women-Owned Business (WOB) and Minority Women-Owned Business (MWOB) Certifications.
Ruby Rosener has held several senior sales level positions in her 20 years as a telecommunications professional. Ruby has been instrumental in increasing revenues and developing marketing plans for all of her clients she has represented. Ruby is a media mogul specializing in social media, sales, marketing, community outreach, events with a focus on the Hispanic market. She is actively involved in her community, serving multiple organizations and non-profits. She collaborates with a broad spectrum of clients in the Orange, Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Diego counties.
Brandy Nelson was featured as N Magazine
’s CEO Center/fold in 2012’s March/April issue because of her passion and dedication as a top ranked residential and commercial broker in the Palm Springs and Desert cities of California. In addition, she is 2012’s Roaring Twenty Entrepreneur of the Year in Recognition of the formation of Red Top Realty, a women-owned business that offers the full spectrum of real estate services. Nelson is also with KW Commercial and Keller Williams Realty. She has managed multi-millions in building acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, building renovation, and tenant improvements. She is active in the commercial real estate community, on the agent leadership council with Keller Williams, and on the Board of the Women Council of Realtors as Membership Chair. She is constantly striving to improve and grow her business and community around her.
Irma Delgado-Trikas- Owner of Arista National Title, graduated from California State University Sacramento in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with International Business Concentration. She has covered a multitude of industries including industrial, construction, finance, mortgage wholesale and escrow and title. With exposure to these industries, Irma has learned to navigate the regulatory system to comply with the rules and policies accordingly.
Melinda Harris-has been a real estate broker for over 30 years and has owned 3 Real Estate Franchise Companies and have built them from the ground up. Currently a Broker/Owner of EXIT Prestige Realty in Anaheim, she has been in several areas of real estate business, new development, senior housing, commercial, etc. She also has political knowledge that will help assist her in the committee.
