Freddie Mac – Working With HomeSteps

Each year, HomeSteps sells thousands of single-family homes, condominiums, town homes and/or duplexes in areas across the country. As part of the sales process, HomeSteps utilizes the services of listing brokers and third-party vendors.

If you are interested in working with HomeSteps, please review our Prospective Listing Brokers or Prospective Vendorsguidelines, and then complete the online Supplier Profile Questionnaire . This is the fastest and most efficient way for your information to get entered into our database as a potential listing broker or vendor.

Once HomeSteps determines there is a business need to expand our network in a specific market area, we will use the Supplier Profile Questionnaire database to identify prospects that meet our needs. Please note that completing the Supplier Profile Questionnaire does not guarantee you will be selected.

We value diversity because it’s smart business. Our focus on diversity and inclusion creates opportunities — for our workforce, our suppliers, and for renters and homeowners in the communities we serve. Different perspectives make us a stronger company, drive innovation, and support our efforts to make home possible for America’s families.

“A strong diversity program helps Freddie Mac’s business and allows us to more effectively meet the needs of all the communities we serve,” says CEO Donald H. Layton.

HomeSteps is dedicated to working with minority real estate agents.
