On Q Financial, Inc. Welcomes Vanessa Montañez, First Vice President of Multicultural Business Development to Serve Western Region

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: February 22nd, 2018

Scottsdale, AZ. – On Q Financial, Inc., one of the nation’s top inclusive mortgage lenders, has hired Vanessa Montañez as its first Vice President of Multicultural Business Development and to serve the Western region.

Montañez will be an essential addition for On Q to expand on their mission of making the dream of homeownership a reality—FOR EVERYONE.

Montañez stated, “I’m thrilled to be with a company that recognizes one of the fastest-growing segments in the Nation is the Latino community. This market has been underserved for years, especially when it comes to homeownership. On Q is changing that! We are one of the only mortgage lenders to provide critical loan documents in Spanish, such as Closing Disclosures and Loan Estimates. I’m looking forward to the impact that I can make with On Q.”

Montañez holds an MBA from Pepperdine, has over twenty years of experience and has been nominated for Business Woman in Finance of the Year from the National Latina Business Woman Association.

John Bergman, On Q’s President and Founder, said, “The dream of home ownership is inclusive and bringing Vanessa onboard is key to ensuring that message reaches new heights. When we considered the Latino community has not been served in the Spanish language but is projected to be 52% of all new homebuyers by 2030 – it just didn’t make sense to us. We had to start taking strategic steps toward significant progress and Vanessa is a huge part of that.”

On Q is proud to release a first-of-its-kind, Spanish mortgage website as well as many bilingual tools and support for homebuyers. This is one of the many steps the company is taking toward its goal of making the dream of homeownership a reality – INCLUSIVE.

Montañez currently holds the roles of Board of Director and Co-Chair for Women in Housing & Real Estate Ecosystem (NAWRB) and NAWRB Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council (NDILC).
