Vanessa has been in residential lending for over twenty years and as the Vice President in Sales and Business Development for the National Strategic markets who was responsible for the overall strategic plan and execution of increasing mortgage production in existing territories and reaching underserved borrowers at US Bank for the West and Midwest markets. Previously was the Regional Business Development Manager for JPM Chase and East West Bank. In this capacity, she oversaw the business development, CRA, REO, Short Sales, and Builder/Condo in California.

For the last fifteen years, she has been managing loan officers, sales managers, and processors. Vanessa actively works in the field to generate business and design appropriate strategies to penetrate those markets and achieve sales targets more deeply.
