Vanessa Montañez Announced as NAWRB Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council (NDILC) Co-Chairwoman

The National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses (NAWRB) has announced Vanessa Montañez as Co-Chairwoman of their Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council (NDILC). Montañez has been a member of the Council since its formation and is also a NAWRB Certified Delegate Spokeswoman. She joins Desirée Patno, NAWRB CEO and President, and Amy Brandt, Docutech Corporation President & Chief Operating Officer, as co-chairwoman.

In this new role, Montañez will lead the advancement of the Council’s mission of raising the number of C-suite women, growing women’s employment at all levels and increasing diverse spend in the housing ecosystem. The NDILC is dedicated to bringing women’s diversity and inclusion to the forefront with accountability and results.
