If you are looking to buy or sell a home or investment property, you don’t want to miss the 8th Annual OC Home Fair on January 18t, 2020 at Chapman University from 10 AM to 12:45 PM, PST. Attendees will have access to a variety of free educational classes from industry experts, including Desiree Patno, CEO & President of NAWRB, and NAWRB Certified Delegate Angie Weeks, Realtor, First Time Buyer & Move Up Specialist.
The Home Fair offers homeowners, homebuyers, renters and seasoned investors many classes to choose from that are offered in three sessions. Some of the topics include:

A woman’s home is more than just a home, it’s her sanctuary! Her home is a place of personal freedom, security and comfort in an impacting world, and a source of financial stability. During the session “Economic Independence for Women Via Home Ownership,” taking place during Session 2 from 10:45-11:15 AM, Desiree Patno will provide consumers with dynamic tools for homeownership and financial literacy and explain how a home can provide a foundation for wealth building and financial freedom.
In addition to numerous informative sessions for consumers, NAWRB will be joining forces with Faith & Community Empowerment (FACE) in a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to empower the next generation to manage their assets and build their wealth. The official signing will take place during the 8th Annual OC Home Fair. The organizations will help each other achieve the individual missions and shared goals of realizing women’s economic growth and increasing diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the housing ecosystem.
